      Pros

      Nothing. Company is weird with extreme politics and weird management. MD loves playing games of big boss and sends his trusted people to follow employees and check if employees aren’t hanging out together

      Cons

      Once I made friends with some sales teams people and the MD has the audacity to tell me that I was seen hanging out with my colleague.
