Ok for starters from normal college.

Pros

If you have done btech from ordinary clg or you are an diploma holder , then company is fine. Atleast you get exposure to industrial environment as a starter. As a production engineer you can learn a lot from there.

Cons

Job insecurity , pay rate, environment, treatment to new comers, unfriendly senior staff.
