Pros
This is one of the best places I have ever worked for!!! It is a small privately owned telepharmacy staffing firm that truly cares about its employees and pays the best out of any firm or location that I've ever been with and started with. Another pro is that they will pay (reimburse) you for parking and if distance permits they will even pay for mileage roundtrip. They truly care about you. If you haven't worked for a while or maybe they just haven't spoken to you directly in a while sometimes they just call to check on you and say hi to see how you are doing. They will even take you out to lunch occasionally and invite you to company events (sporting events and conferences). This is truly a top-notch place to work at. They take all of you concerns seriously, and even though they believe first and foremost in outstanding customer service to their clients, they will never let their employees be mistreated, misused, or abused! I love it here wish I could get more working assignments.
Cons
The only down side is that sometime work gets a little slow and there are not a lot off assignments to go on. You can actually go weeks to months without working. But when they do find a steady position, usually it is hours galore.
