I realized that I was used and abused and then decided to quit immediately!

Cons

I've been working brutal like 24/7 and what I got was horribly low pay, poor and terrible treatment from the management, and an awful lot of stress and anxiety!

Team members are always doing their best and collaborating to deliver projects on time and meet everyone's expectations.

Cons

The company culture is AWFUL! Owners along with other executives can't help but make things WORSE for the employees! Finishing your tasks efficiently means you have to finish other peoples' works, penalizing efficiency and rewarding ineptitude. The STRESS is far more HORRIBLE than you can imagine, and the work is far more BRUTAL!

The company culture is AWFUL the worst! The management, owners, and CEO can't do much better for the employees, but only make it WORSE! The STRESS is much more HORRIBLE than you can imagine, and work more BRUTAL!
