Pros

Casual dress code. That's it. Unless you prefer unqualified "leaders", high employee churn, and being lied to.

Cons

Stepping foot in the door. Finger pointing, yes men, no communication, horrible HR Administrator, secrets, and toxic relationships. Under market compensation, long hours, and no sense of teamwork.

Pros

None other than on occasion you get to see the owners Tesla parked in front of the office.

Cons

Old school culture, it’s like stepping back into 1982. Very strict, outdated policies. The offices are filthy and run down, they give very little back to employees, the pay is very low and benefits are not competitive. You WILL work either Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve . Yes the office is open. Everybody seems very stressed and overworked. Micromanaging and demanding upper management make this company even worse than it already is.

Pros

Free lunches 2 days a week No one knows what's going on, so it's hard to be graded via metrics, besides sales. So, I imagine some positions can be easy if not closely monitored, like customer service.

Cons

Indiana Sugars is the most depressing office environment I've personally ever been inside. Both their Lemont & Gary offices are filthy. The employees are generally nice but there are some real weirdos there. You'll literally hear people having nervous breakdowns at times due to the workload.
