No vision drafting to new employees, seniors are given too much authority, there were some seniors who used to put their legs on the desk and hr kept mum. some employees laughed at the backs of the HR dept.... no control.... plus lay offs in 2008-2009.... not even giving one month of notice calling it as a part of global recession.
