1. People here are very nosy and want to know every details of your personal life. 2. Management team doesn't get to know about the struggles of site team. 3. Guest house facilities not provided. 4. Too much work load if compared with salary 5. Site-level Managers are not capable of managing the team, although they are great employees and team-members but they are not great leaders.
