      Very much needed but unsustainable in the current format

      Pros

      Working with the kids can be hard work but is also very fulfilling. It is so rewarding to celebrate with your client and their family as they learn and develop important life skills.

      Cons

      - the home environment creates blurred lines and boundary issues - some BCBAs do not adapt and adjust to the varying needs of some of the clients and try a 'one size fits all' approach rather than catering goals and plans to the individual

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing! I️ Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They need to close and start completely over. Awful company. From the head all the way down!

      Cons

      No training. No support from upper management. Discrimination. Disrespect. Awful supervisors. Management talks about employees to other employees. Never available!
