1. Salary is good..... .
Cons
1. Job security is not there at all. 2. They hire people for full time but throw them out once project is over or nothing much to do in project. 3. Culture is bad and lots of leg pulling happens in the company. 4. If you are thinking that you are pro at coding and nothing will happen to you ,then just ask yourself, are you an IIT passout with masters in Computers??? If that person can be fired without any reason,then what about you. 5. Trust me knowledge doesn't matter here. So dont spoil your career joining here.
