Pros

Clean, friendly office. Good salary, pension and workplace benefits. Flexible working. Proactive investment in infrastructure and communities, a real emphasis on getting it right for the customer. There are many positives to working at Incommunities.

Cons

Systems are outdated, and there’s quite a lot of them. Historic mismanagement and lack of investment still haunts some staff members and departments. Traffic to and from Shipley Bradford as a city has many deep rooted social issues which can make it a challenging city to operate in

Pros

Great people really committed to delivering a great service to our customers. New senior leadership in the last two years. A clear strategic plan with objectives and goals. Lots of positive change happening. Hybrid/flexible working and many employee initiatives.

Cons

It’s a fast paced, challenge with a lot of positive change happening in the organisation to modernise and fix some long term historic issues. Though positive and is a really exciting time to be part of the company it has been unsettling for some.

Pros

There is a great group of people working together to help our local community. The team spirit is amazing and everyone really tries to help each other to achieve their goals. We really try and live and breathe the customer and always bring them into every conversation that we have

Cons

It's fast paced and a challenge. Helping customers is very rewarding but can be quite demanding, you need to love helping people ..
