Great culture and passionate people is definitely one of the main aspects, lots of opportunities and challenging projects, excellent work-life balance, ownership in the projects and transparency.
Cons
There are no real benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc

- Top notch management and talent. It is always fun to be part of a rapidly growing team. - Everyone is really passionate about what they do. - People have fun during the day, and are allowed to work in what ever way they are most effective. - Management really cares about the people who work here, and are very understanding and work hard to create a work life balance for everyone who works here.

- The office is extremely cold.
