      Pros

      World-class strategic analytical training. Heavy exposure to senior management. Excellent technical knowledge base.

      Cons

      Extremely low compensation compared to market. Do not pay bonuses when stated or at all. Lack of respect for boundaries or work/life balance. Extreme nepotism towards children and friends of founders. Highly disorganized and dysfunctional work environment.

      Pros

      Great support from the more senior staff. I always felt like I could ask my seniors questions when I was lost. Incentrum was a collaborative environment, and senior staff went out of their way to make their juniors feel welcome. Also, I was able to get experience working on multiple types of projects.

      Cons

      The work was very intense. There were times when you had to keep working long after normal hours.
