This is an abusive working environment. Management was verbally abusive and often dismissive of employees. There is a great turnover of employees, even though company had been in business for 25 years. I now know why they like to hire someone re-entering the workforce, since people need their jobs and are afraid to say anything that might endanger their position. The partners spend time talking in their office about employees in derogatory terms where other staff members can hear. Not a nice place to work. If you made a mistake they were very unforgiving and made you feel as if you were a child that needed correction. Even if you weren't at fault, they wouldn't stand up for you.

Paranoia and fear run rampant, tread there at your own riskFear & Loathing Probably the most dysfunctional working environment I've been in,very difficult workplace, had worked here for about three months, was let go conveniently coinciding with joining the healthcare benefits there, Overbearing managing partner, runs roughshod over the other partner, yelling ensues basically every day, all the other reviews that point to an oppressive environment are spot on, everyone there is motivated by fear of termination.

The pros would be enjoying some of the creative work and building relationships with the staff.

Cons

The biggest con here is the management. They are always fighting and at odds against each other. The staff gets caught in the crossfire. Hostile work environment and lots of turnaround during my time there. Long hours and unrealistic deadlines make work/life balance a challenge. There is a big divide between management and staff.
