Cons
- Career advancement fully dependent if your section manager willing to justify for you, no round table discussion. - Engineers are expected to work over time, but unable to claim unless over 3 hours OT. Claiming OT is also seen as not having initiative by some managers. - Management practices not sharing important information to customer that can actually help in the root cause analysis. - Some managers practice favoritism, also taking other people's hard work and effort as their own. - Some engineers practice delegating tasks to subordinates to the point he/she doesn't even know the tasks delegated. - Salary not competitive and not on par with other companies of similar nature of business. - New hires do not have proper training and guidance on their job tasks and responsibilities.
