Pros
Inari offers great benefits, and had catered lunches daily while I was an employee. The people during my employment were one of the sole reasons I remained. Generous time-off and semi-flexible work from home while I was employed.
Cons
Constant rollover of HR or "people team" as they call it results in unclear guidelines for job titles, promotions and raises. Constantly moving goalposts. 'Culture' is defined by the company but doesn't seem to resonate with the employees. Mid-level managers vary greatly in quality, there are very clearly people who are favorited and are better able to expose their RA's . Good science doesn't get you far on it's own. Internal growth opportunity is quite limited. Low pay.
