Pros

Growing company, IS/IT team is well organized, Lots of change (if you like that kind of thing), great coworkers, the business ops team is great to work with.

Cons

The company is having a bit of identity crisis. The company was run by folks with sales experience (franchise owners turned CEO's) but was acquired by an investment firm that has different ideas of where the business should go. Leadership clings to the old way of doing things, but some at lower levels are trying to pull the entire company, kicking and screaming into the world of software development. They lack a lot of structure and like I said, the leadership doesn't have a lot of direction. I was hired to do a specific job and 8 months in my job responsibilities tripled and I was given a totally different job title. One that I have no experience doing. For some that might be a fun challenge, but it's not really for me. I'm not getting to use my skills effectively. I think once they figure themselves out it will be a pretty good place to work for. There are a lot of passionate people that want things to get better and produce a great shipping product.

Pros

competitive pricing on domestic international shipping

Cons

they hire account executives to cold call and sign up clients to get them shipping through the InXpress network. Once the client ships executives receive a small commission from each shipment. After several years of building up a portfolio of clients they dismiss the executive and keep all of the signed clients for themselves leaving the executive empty handed. InXpress claims to appreciate its lifeblood of executives signing up and activating new clients but the truth is after some time they dismiss their executives to keep ALL of the profit for themselves!!!

Pros

Their middle management is great, very kind and understanding people.

Cons

They do not give raises and under pay their employees. The only benefit working their was the hybrid work and they basically took that away. Upper management are cheapskates. Medical benefits were decent though
