Stability of working within a corporate, and it's slower than start-up life.
Cons
You're not treated as part of the core JLR team. JLR doesn't consider climate change the VC is basically just PR

- Access to support from JLR - Good benefits - Great office
Cons
- Supposed to work in a start up environment, but you're actually in a corporate company where the parent company dictates and impacts what you can and can't do. - Dealing with a lot of bureaucracy - Lots of growth planned, but very slow moving at times.
