Open Culture where any employee can voice His/Her concerns that affect their growth and that of the organization His/Her training requirements His/Her interest in contributing in an area of interest, etc
Cons
Being a Startup, One Cannot expect 1. More Investment in Training and Certification even though its done fairly 2. Being a CRM & BI Focused organization possibly moving to other technology is not possible 3. Its only in Chennai
