      Pros

      There aren't any pros about this place at all...

      Cons

      It's very dangerous and really need a direct safety program..Management is very rude to the operators..The new hires are poorly trained..The turn around of people quitting is very high..so go figure...

      Pros

      The people here do make the job easier to handle. For the most part, you have a work force that wants to help the company improve. There are those here who do want to help the company succeed.

      Cons

      You have some extremely lazy individuals in some management roles. These people rely on others to get things done on a day to day basis. You have people in all departments that spend more time on their smart phones playing video games or reading on a device than taking a hands on approach to running a department.

      Pros

      This was a great place to work before the management changes in favor of more profits and acquisitions and the addition of a coo whose principles got him fired from his last job because it's too expensive to lose good people and lay off people and have to retrain a whole new group of idiots every few months

      Cons

      The insurance that is offered is more along the lines of a Ponzi/Madoff scheme of some sort and the HR department took a big downturn after the woman who runs it took over.
