Pros
Dynamic environment. Challenging job and great colleagues. A lot of attention on personal development and employees' well being. Great benefits. Fulltime/longterm jobs They really listen to what you want and don't just push you into some positions/functions. For me personally it's one of the best opportunities I've had in years.
Cons
It's very busy at In4Matic, because if this there might be a chaos sometimes. Rudy can be a bit much, but Sophie & the other colleagues totally make up for it.
