      Pros

      Get exposure from different domains. You will be involved into Local Politics forcefully. You will know how to get a project or certification by telling lie. Apart from these things there are no pros at all.. If beginners do not have any option, can opt for this.

      Cons

      Please do not go by their ISO and CMMi L3 Certificates, they get those by bribing consultants. They are maintaining these standards only to show off not really in work. All the good comments what you are finding here, please do not go with that. They have a special team to give false comments to balance their rank in Glassdoor. If you want to ruin your professional life and imbalance your financial condition then join this company because they don't pay you regularly.

      Employees were supportive but not the management.

      Cons

      Joined this company 10 months back and it was mentioned that the package will be upgraded from 3.6LPA to 6LPA after one year. They just mailed today is your last day in the company. No notice period no prior information was provided. It has happened with 8 more of my colleagues. Please stop this scam and stop playing with someone's career.

      If you can overcome the disadvantages mentioned below. You should join.

      Many of the people come to Bhubaneswar leaving a lucrative job behind. But after joining this company thing changes. They will change your job profile. They will hire you for some purpose and give you different work to do. Compensations & benefits are very poor. Now you can not go to the metro or stay in Bhubaneswar. You will feel like you are stuck in between. It is like a game for management. First of all, they hire then they change the job profile and then if such a person is not able to adopt the new job they just fire will him. One more thing most of the good reviews given in glassdoor for this company are by the management itself.
