The team is very supportive and accommodating. It's a positive working environment. Bosses are empathetic. They're brilliant and they'll really teach you how to work on your pitches and the industry itself.
Cons
They're a start-up company and they have limited manpower. The workload can be too overwhelming as expected for an agency culture.
