Without a doubt the worst consulting company out there
Pros
They have above average locations and they have a strong brands in the Nordics. They are actually one of the few consultancies which isn't 100 % dependent on the public sector and actually have gotten a good grip on multiple private sectors.
Cons
Without a doubt the worst pretend culture out there. In Implement it is all a game of pretend. The average employee is so obnoxiously pretentious and the culture which they "communicate" versus the culture they have are two very different things. They call themselves network based which is okay but EVERY interaction you have with someone is either someone gauging your worth or sucking up to you/someone else. There are literally NO real interactions and everything is fake to the point of people being ruthless to each other behind closed door or as soon as you have served your purpose. I've been in multiple other high-end consultancies and interactions within these were much more genuine for a lot of reasons. How Implement has gotten the success they have is beyond my understanding and everyone who ends up here either has to convert to their backstabbing and fake culture or somehow survive/steer clear of it (most do it by leaving or living off projects from 1-2 partners). Whether you join this is up to you but people become different in Implement due to the very fake culture and the constant assessment of worth. I have never, ever, experienced so many people cry on projects (disproportionally women) .
