However, Imperx HR has no record of the position for "Clerk" in any capacity being available or filled during our 17 year history of business. Lastly, all team members that have been employed by Imperx, Inc. for 10 years or longer are still employed by Imperx, Inc. at this time.       Intense but disorganized

      Pros

      if you want to have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, Imperx will give you that and lots more.

      Cons

      No project management of any kind. Imperx once held a lead in high-end camera designs, back in days when CCD-based cameras dominated the market. That marked share has been lost to CMOS-based cameras now, and this trend is accelerating. Imperx did not put enough effort in staying competitive, and for a small company its very difficult to catch up, once that lead is lost.

      Every review is one is which Imperx values and we certainly appreciate the time this poster took to bring their opinions to the Glassdoor community and to us. It has always been the Imperx policy to encourage any team member to bring concerns, ideas and solutions to managements attention. In fact, many solutions and creatives are born from our team members and did not originate from management in any way.       Worst place you will ever work.

      Makes cameras used at NASA. Pay OK depending on position.

      Cons

      All white work force. No diversity. Biased attitudes. Employees mostly from old Soviet bloc countries. Arrogant and incompetent management. High turnover for American employees. Backwards processes, technology and equipment hinders growth.
