      Pros

      Direct access to C-suite which is nice, they are happy to chat and help when possible / relevant. Ambitious peers are nice to have and definitely keep you working hard Clear outcomes/ lots of accountability (which is bad if you find yourself slacking at times) Super transparent. Cool to see where the company is at and how they think about priorities

      Cons

      Pace and scope are intense. Lots of context switching which can make things difficult but luckily is something I enjoy.

      - The culture is very important to the company and is a cornerstone of why the company has been successful. - Being at the company for so long, there has always been innovation year over year and the company continues to adapt to the ever-changing market - They offer really aggressive benefits and the work/life balance is the perfect mix.

      No cons, the company continues to grow at a rapid pace so just becomes important to continue that high level of communication. +
