It was like working in a high school. They target out weak links and nice people and try to force them out of the job. They also typically form small groups to gang up on people for no reason. It was nearly impossible to get the motivation to go to work. It was one of the most immature environments I've ever had to work in. I was NEVER happy.

Too many to count! Micro management needs to go! Overpaid hand shakers from Davenport have no clue what this job takes out of their employees! They should do a mobile employees job for a month on their pay scale to see how whack it really is! Lazy employees who work at a snails pace on purpose forcing the hustlers to do their work! Hiring people for charge positions who have no seniority or experience drawing blood it's a backwards company from top to bottom! If your looking for a stable mature place to work don't apply here!
