Pros

They hire some great people. Also, perks include working from home and being awarded comp time when you work extra hours.

Cons

No real growth opportunities. Salary isn't commiserate with the amount you work. Even though you are awarded comp time, they never let you take it. I have a ton of comp time that I had to take that they wouldn't let me and a bunch of it expired.

Pros

You gain exposure and learn about the medical/pharmaceutical field. You'll learn a lot about office culture. Some people are very nice. Promotions go to those who work hard.

Cons

Sometimes you are expected to work very late. Full-time compensation is low for assistants. Some employees are difficult to work with. Company culture is nonexistant.
