Immigration Advice Service, is amazing to work for, very supportive and fully remote with option to go into office if desired, have offices all across UK. Great company to work for, highly recommend.

Cons

Pay is quite low - but legal aid is like this

The leadership team are supportive and encourage personal and professional development. Kind and caring behaviours and attitudes shown, and honesty is appreciated. Fair salary with loyalty bonus and increased benefits Working remotely with the trust and freedom, no micro-management No expense spared for company events

Some employees are ungrateful and take the kindness for granted, push boundaries and do not work to meet targets

Pros

I've worked here for 2 years now, starting in sales and working up to paralegal then casework. I came to this company with no experience and no job history due to being a young carer for a parent. Because of the opportunities IAS have gave me I have my dream job helping people everyday. The work is very flexible, my manager is very supportive and I always feel heard.

Cons

Only 20 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays) Wage could be better (There is bonus schemes and out of hours extra pay)
