IMDEX is trying really hard to be an industry leader in innovation, there are a lot of talented people working to make that a reality

Cons

Its pretty chaotic. Revolving doors of people mean that systems processes and missions are constantly changing. Leadership in some areas is great but non-existent in others. When its bad its real bad.

Some great people that actually do the work.

Cons

Lack of direction and leadership from senior management. If your in the in crowd you get away with murder. Unrealistic budgets made up by accountants and used car salesman to stroke their own egos which are impossible to meet.
