Open 10 years and not one full time staff member working in the office. That should have been a major red flag to me during my interview. Husband and wife team run it, and if things aren’t done their way you are gone. No formal training, left to your own to figure things out and when you do ask for help you feel like you are being a nuisance - absolutely terrible feeling going in there everyday. Cramped working conditions, your desk is in what feels like a corridor with rooms leading off it, everything was piled on top of everything else, cluttered mess, staff having to squeeze past one another to get into desk, photocopier, taking folders from drawers, electrical sockets overloaded, equipment not working the list just goes on. Owners are totally unapproachable.
