Pros

Friendly and helpful co-workers and team outings.

Cons

- Very unorganized -Terrible communication -Expectations of what you need to do in your role are not clear. -The worst onboarding/training process I have ever been through. -Will not help you or stick up for you in front of a client. -VERY high turnover rate. There’s a reason most people don’t last over 6 months. -you will work over 40hrs a week -No room for a work/life balance -Very underpaid for the amount of work you are expected to do.

We are working very hard as a company to research our onboarding processes within each department, review policies, and utilize leadership resources so that we can continuously improve in all areas mentioned. Business outlook

Pros

CEO will take the marketing team out for lunch often and treat the team to some activities (but the expectation is that you work during those times if possible even after hours).

Cons

1. Toxic culture 2. CEO talks down about past employees who don’t want to put in more than 40 hours a week 3. Management has unreasonable/too high expectations + overwhelming workload (Could be responsible for about 15-20 clients by yourself) 4. They say the work week is 40 hours (and a few hours extra if needed) but it’s pretty much expected that you work over 40 hours all the time 5. High turnover 6. Management will not help you understand expectations when you are struggling

We are very sorry to see that this was your overall experience here at ImageBloom. We take our company culture very seriously, and try our best to make sure that all of our employees are happy and actively engaged. In terms of turnover, we have had employees leave within a shorter time frame than we expected, but we have found that they go on to find their true passion. We always encourage our employees to enjoy what they do. If they realize that this is not the job for them, we want them to pursue those other opportunities. As we continue to grow as a company, this is in turn generates more work throughout the departments. However, as our company grows so does our departments. This has a created more of a work/life balance which we are happy to say has created a positive work environment. Best of luck to you in your future opportunities.
