A really good work-life balance.
Cons
Management is terrible in their attitude towards employees. They allow themselves to treat people as garbage when they no longer require their service. Within just half a year they had several disputes with employees because of unfair dismissal, which the company had lost, including discrimination cases. Very few career opportunities. Management likes buzz words and is very delusional in their understanding of the actual company's capability. I hope that this time glassdoor will act decently and not delete the review as these are facts that can be confirmed with evidence.
