Pros

- You get to learn a few new things. - Tea/coffee is provided in the office. - They give sick leaves/holidays easily. - Good office location(Viman Nagar); although office's interior design is meh. - Interview's are quite easy. - The CEO is cool and talks nicely most of the time.

Cons

- Computers given to employees are not good. They use Hackintoshes for development; can't afford real mac's. - You are expected to know everything and to work on your own 24x7 even on weekends if the project demands. Sometimes developers have to stay in after regular office hours (9AM-6PM). - The CEO wants everyone in the office by 9 AM, i.e., no flexible work hours. - No remote working. - Working Saturdays(until lunch time). - If you are a developer, they will try to put you on other technologies they have projects for. - No canteen. You have to arrange your food. - You won't receive any kind of appreciation from anyone for your work. - Most of the projects are not interesting. Clients are some individuals in US who want to build apps/ sites just because they have some extra money; but there are no original ideas. - Salary is moderately good but work culture is not good at all. - Many people join and then leave after a few months like me. - No work-life balance. - They've hired a new manager. He thinks he's cool.

Thank you for taking the time to write this detailed review. To address your key concerns: Work timings: these are far more streamlined now than when we first started, and we’re constantly improving our processes. We have a five-day workweek, weekends off, and we have fairly flex timings. While we do follow a routine – as all professional organizations do – we’re interested in the output our employees produce and give them the freedom they need to maximize their own productivity. Hardware: while we aspire to invest in high-end machines, our focus remains firmly fixed on implementing the latest software. All our developers have a multiscreen setup with Full HD large monitors. Every individual request for hardware is met. There's Macbook Pros, Macbook Airs, Macminis, Linux and Windows machines. From Emacs to Sublime to Visual Studio, our developers choose their favorite environments. We work on multiple tech stacks, from React & Angular, Swift, Kotlin, Docker, Vagrant, AWS, Azure, and so many more technologies. We believe these are and should be, the real differentiators for every developer worth their salt. Appreciating our staff: we like surprises, and we know our employees do too. We give them bonuses when the company does well, even when they don’t expect it. “Cool new manager”: this one hurts – we thought we were all cool 🙃

Not a pleasant place to work

Pros

Five working days. Leaves are approved easily.

Cons

They assign you to work on projects with outdated technologies like ExtJS or angular js . No code reviews are done here (at least not in the frontend) . People don't help you also. Since I have joined I have seen 6 people leave the organisation for better prospects in the span of 5-6 months. The remuneration is not upto the market standards. Be sure to ask them which project/technology you would working on before joining. No work life balance. They also ask people to give interview /company review on glass door. And also see which is the review that you gave. They make fun of you behind your back.

I'm quite taken aback by this review. Clearly, something is not going right for you and I am deeply bothered. We take pride in being an employee-first company, a low-stress environment, intellectually-challenging work, good camaraderie, and mentorship in the organization. We are working in multiple technologies, predominantly highly scalable cloud systems using a Python stack with React on the front end. Our mobile apps are either native or in Flutter. Whenever we have a choice (which we do quite a bit since we become the CTO for a lot of our clients), we influence our clients to use absolutely modern frameworks and languages. None of our work is maintenance work. Occasionally, we do get clients using other technologies (like ExtJS) where they need new product extensions built. The specific project using ExtJS is a superbly architected, fully data-driven UI with lots of configuration capabilities. What you should note is that the work we do on these projects (as with all our projects) is to leverage the framework to build innovative and robust systems. While the choice of the framework may be an issue, the learnings and exposure to really clever solutions were fantastic - this is my opinion but I guess I am a tech-head :-) Yes, we do encourage our employees to write reviews on GlassDoor (without coaching or telling them what to write), and we respect every opinion that is written. We take pride in the business we do and how we treat our employees. Reviews are a way that prospective employees can get to know about us. Like I mentioned, your review has deeply bothered me. I encourage you to speak to the senior leadership or to me directly to see how we can make things better for you. Please do reach out and engage in a discussion.

Pros

1. flexible working hours 2. Helpful and extremely talented seniors 3. Smart colleagues and friendly management 4. CEO and manager are very easy to approach 5. Always trying to work on the latest technologies 6. Valid leaves are approved without asking too many questions 7. Relatively a small startup so you probably know everyone and it gets easier to make friends and to be in a friendly work environment 8. organized in many aspects

Cons

1. There is no "fixed" quota of Work from home but it is never really a problem. because people WFH whenever there is a situation and management is pretty okay with it.

Thank you for your insights! As with most other companies, work-from-home is now a well established protocol for us :-)
