Great teaching experience, very rewarding. You get to positively impact the lives of children.It's made me realize my potential, all thanks to IDIIL! CEO cares about employees and will give you all the support in the world, as long as you give them your support in return.Pay is plenty, bonuses offered, work hard and prove yourself.

Kids are kids, sometimes it can be challenging.

The curriculum is individually designed for each student and establishes strong fundamentals in math, english, and problem solving. The organization is mission-driven to make sure every student ends the week with stronger foundations.
Cons
Can be hard to keep up with the entire classroom. Time management is crucial to avoid getting swamped.
