Pros
This place is lead by two former programmers which in many ways is the reason that they are run the way they are. This is a lean staff with amazing ideas who would actually do more if they had more money to do it with. They have an entrepreneurial mindset and don't mind changing directions. Very nimble. Their entire business is based on 30 to 60 to 90 day goals which they share with the entire organization. The monitor themselves on a quarterly basis and share this information with the entire team.
Cons
If I had a complaint about this place it would be that they need to refresh the leadership. When you have a former programmer running an organization you see the consistent reach for a set goal...That goal is generally the following: Let's provide our clients with more than they want and expect. This in many cases forces the small staff to do the job of two of three people with the pretense that there is a pot of gold at the end of the tunnel. This organization has about 15 people but most clients believe that it has about 30-40 employees. The level of production is great but in trying to over-achieve they come up short on the client need. Client asks for a Subaru and they build a Porsche. Not realizing that the client wanted a Subaru because it would also be good in the snow and now the Porsche ends up parked most of the year...this example seems strange but its truly what goes on at this place. Stop trying to build products and focus more on providing services.
