      You should work in a barber Shop instead of working here.they are looking for freshers to give very less salary and minimum benefit.they are corporate cheaters.chances are they will not give you claims after you leave.

      Good existing client base, so good learning for technical people

      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Late salary, also expect salary cuts for stupid reasons. Be ready to be treated like a servant with no professional leverage.
