Pros

- Work on different projects

Cons

- Most of the benefits discussed on the interview and job description were lies, or removed later. No remote work, no work/life balance, not caring about mental health of the employees or health in general - Extreme Micromanaging by the PM, who is also very inexperience and sometimes unprofessional - People worked very sick - Huge lack of organization and planning by all management team with reflects on all deadlines - Deadlines impossible to achieve. They accept everything that the clients ask without caring about their employees - Very sketchy and shady. - Almost impossible to take a day off - They will suck every last drop of work time from you as much they can without paying enough salary - All developers need to talk with clients, which is something very unusual. I believe it's to cut costs and not hiring a proper person to do it

"We take all feedback seriously and are committed to fostering a transparent, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace. However, this review contains several inaccuracies, which we would like to clarify. False Claims & Clarifications: Fake Review & Incorrect Designation 🚫 False Claim: This review was posted under a designation that has never existed in our company. ✅ Clarification: We have never had an employee in this role, further confirming that this review is fabricated and does not reflect any real experience within our company. 1. Benefits & Work-Life Balance 🚫 False Claim: “Most of the benefits discussed in the interview and job description were lies, or removed later. No remote work, no work/life balance, not caring about mental health of the employees or health in general.” ✅ Clarification: We provide health insurance and other benefits as part of our employment package. Our leave policies are standard, and we respect employees' personal time. Work-life balance is encouraged, and employees are not expected to work while unwell. Remote work policies depend on project requirements but are never misrepresented during interviews. 2. Project Management & Micromanagement 🚫 False Claim: “Extreme micromanaging by the PM, who is also very inexperienced and sometimes unprofessional.” ✅ Clarification: Our project managers work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth execution. They provide structure and support while encouraging autonomy. Constructive feedback is always welcomed to improve processes, and professionalism is a key expectation for all team members. 3. Sick Leave & Employee Well-Being 🚫 False Claim: “People worked very sick.” ✅ Clarification: Employees are not required to work when unwell. We have a standard sick leave policy, and we encourage team members to take time off to recover when needed. 4. Organization & Deadlines 🚫 False Claim: “Huge lack of organization and planning by all management team, which reflects on all deadlines.” ✅ Clarification: We follow a structured approach to project management, ensuring realistic deadlines based on project scope. While fast-paced projects are common in the industry, proper planning and resource allocation are always a priority. 5. Client Interactions 🚫 False Claim: “All developers need to talk with clients, which is something very unusual. I believe it’s to cut costs and not hire a proper person to do it.” ✅ Clarification: Client communication is a standard industry practice for developers working on client-facing projects. This fosters collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. Our approach ensures developers understand client needs directly, leading to better project outcomes. 6. Pay & Workload 🚫 False Claim: “They will suck every last drop of work time from you as much as they can without paying enough salary.” ✅ Clarification: Salaries are competitive within the industry, and compensation is regularly reviewed. Workloads are managed based on project needs, and employees are encouraged to communicate if they feel overwhelmed. Our Commitment We understand that every workplace has areas for improvement, and we always welcome constructive feedback. However, misleading and false claims do not reflect our company culture, values, or work environment. We encourage open and honest discussions internally so that concerns can be properly addressed. Additionally, we have never had an employee in this designation making such claims, further proving this is a fabricated review. We encourage genuine feedback to help us improve, but misinformation does not reflect our actual work environment." Our focus remains on creating a positive, transparent, and growth-driven workplace where employees feel valued and supported."

Pros

The team overall has diversity but I do wish there was more. I worked here for about 1 and half years most of the time we were remote. In 2023 we became hybrid which was okay I liked seeing my co-worker from time to time.

Cons

- Not upfront about benefits. Co-workers have gone months without any to even year. - Can hardly get time off - No work / life balance - They bend to clients will without caring about their employees. - Management is very unorganized - No quarterly reviews. Promised a bonus after 3-4 months of working still nothing. - Told we were able to work anywhere but it got revoked. - Doing things way way above my pay grade. - Management goes not plan projects properly and many end up doing their own PM even Jrs. - People have to wear many hats hard to focus on work.

"We take all feedback seriously and are committed to transparency, fairness, and continuous improvement. However, this review contains several inaccuracies that we would like to clarify." False Claims & Clarifications: 1. Benefits & Compensation 🚫 False Claim: “Not upfront about benefits. Co-workers have gone months without any to even a year.” ✅ Clarification: All employees receive benefits, including health insurance, as part of their employment package. Any claims of employees going months without benefits are incorrect. 🚫 False Claim: “Promised a bonus after 3-4 months of working, still nothing.” ✅ Clarification: Bonuses are performance-based and dependent on company and individual performance. We encourage employees to discuss their compensation and career growth with management. 2. Work-Life Balance & Leave Policies 🚫 False Claim: “Can hardly get time off. No work/life balance.” ✅ Clarification: We have a standard leave policy, and employees are encouraged to take time off as needed. Employees were informed transparently about these changes. 3. Project Management & Workload 🚫 False Claim: “Management does not plan projects properly, and many end up doing their own PM—even juniors.” ✅ Clarification: We follow structured project management practices to ensure smooth execution. While autonomy is encouraged, employees are not expected to manage projects alone without support. 🚫 False Claim: “People have to wear many hats, hard to focus on work.” ✅ Clarification: Like many fast-growing companies, employees may take on diverse responsibilities to gain experience and grow professionally. However, tasks are assigned based on expertise, and support is always available. 4. Client Relations & Company Culture 🚫 False Claim: “They bend to clients’ will without caring about employees.” ✅ Clarification: Client satisfaction is important, but we prioritize employee well-being and ensure reasonable project scopes and deadlines. 🚫 False Claim: “They buy reviews.” ✅ Clarification: All reviews, both positive and negative, are organic. We welcome honest feedback and use it to improve our workplace. Our Commitment We remain dedicated to fostering a supportive and transparent work environment. Employees are encouraged to communicate any concerns directly through internal channels so they can be properly addressed. Pros

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Work with designers with same level of experience and knowledge

Cons

1. Everything they say on linkedin to get you to apply is a LIE. 2. Workplace is oh so very toxic. 3. You earn 0.5 vacation day per month which you cant even use whenever you want. Does not roll over you will not be paid for the unused vacation days. - illegal 4. You will not be designing they will not give you design work. You might be doing a lot of research or doing graphic designs, writing blogs, writing ebook content, showing up on the marketing videos but you will not learn or grow as a designer. 5. No health care its a lie if you hear that they do lol 6. No year end bonuses or no bonuses at all 7. HR from the Philippines will tell you you have flexible work hours and good vacation policy, work anywhere you want, ALL A LIE :) 8. Sick days - you get like 3 sick days a year everyone in this company worked when they caught covid. You also have to prove you are sick to get a day off with a doctor’s note or covid tests to be considered but even then everyone still works. All of this very illegal. 9. Micro managing PM- pm literally the worst has no communication skills and doesnt speak english. Actually the entire management dont speak english very unprofessional and lowkey sketchy. 10. They call themselves design agency but they just do anything if clients are willing to pay money. You will not be doing any product design related work here i guarantee it.
