Pros

Plenty of passionate committed people. A great vision. Some of the best experiences of my life. Life-long friends.

Cons

A bit of chaos as the company has been soul searching and trying to find the right way forward as it evolves.

Pros

management cares about work life balance..supportive and inclusive culture..freedom to be yourself and your contributions are recognized and valued..lots of social activities for employees

Cons

though performance is recognized it doesnt equate to salary increase..employees have to work long hours and do more than they are paid or expected to do (it may be more of an employee choice of wanting to get ahead)
