You can learn a lot in a specialized industry.

Cons

Management is being pushed to give in to Spain's unrealistic demands, and I couldn't find anyone willing to stand up to them. Very poorly run, no value for industry knowledge.

The work enviroment is very competitive but most people do not know how to do their job so they can only progress in the company by pushing you down. If you want to make a career in this company, you have to be son, friend or relative to someone important.
