Terrible treatment of people

Working at a place that helps other people.

Cons

Bad management, pure and simple with the 'new' leaders in place, and very bad treatment of many staff including nurses. Note: Anne McGuire is no longer the CEO. She was amazing. New CEO is not.

Good benefits. Fair compensation. People were friendly, good organization-wide training.

Cons

Bad timing for me: manager did not have time respond to emails, answer questions, or attend regular meetings. She was frequently away. Most employees were stressed out, and didn't have time to attend meetings. I was dismissed me after 7-weeks without warning (& without cause).
