      I started working with IT source in june, They have one project and the deputed me on the project after 15 days the project has gone, after that they I told me I have another project we will depute you on this project but the project will not started then they remove me from their company on 31 august without any notice and I was asking for composition they told me If you are asking for composition we will terminate you and nothing will give you like experience letter and salary.

      Cons

      One of the worst company, I request to all the people do not join IT Source company in the life. Because their management is too worst and the management team and HR is also worst.

      Pros

      The one who took my interview asked me whether i really want to join the company. Explained what would be my real job profile didn't fake any thing So it was basically calling position where we have to attend customer calls for troubleshooting. So it's semi technical. Not much to do with technical field.

      Cons

      Very Less sallary First salary after 45 days which has 15-17 days of training Guys if u just passed out and are not finding any job then just opt this company as it will give something to put on your resume for your future prospect

      All cons Salary never ever on time Management people are family members so forgot to complain. Forget professionalism, all goons here, they terrorise you, give you dhakmi to destroy ry your career, etc. Salary structure is very low. Since few months they forcing all employees to put fake reviews on Glassdoor, so its okay to find similarities between positive reviews.
