Pros

Nice office and nice bike parking space.

Cons

The people. Rude and bossy people. There are two kind of people there: bosses and resources. You are a resource and they can "obviously" do whatever they want with you. I saw at least 3 people crying in three months I worked there. Nobody dared leaving before 6pm... and of course t-shirts were forbidden. What an awful place.

Company promises everything, delivers on nothing. Disgraceful.

Pros

The company does have a few genuinely great people. You get two screens in the office which is pretty cool and surprisingly handy.

Cons

The Management Team disintegrated a few years ago so the company lost all its structure. You have to argue over your commission every single month even though you had brought the money in and where entitled to it. Favouritism is rift - if you are a favourite you can get away with anything you like. Deals would be taken off people and given to under-performing "Favourites" . The Senior Team spend pretty much every afternoon from Wednesday onwards in the pub and then come back to the office stinking of booze to shout at everyone to "get on the phones". Real old school approach to recruitment. Seriously lacking in quality leaders and no concept of leading by example. Very much a "Do as I say not as I do" culture. No clear career progression. Back Office / Support Staff are pretty much ignored in everything. The attitude there is that if you don't do sales you don't exist. Leavers are considered traitors never to be spoken to again. No concept of investing in your staff - you have a PC and phone - what more do you need? All talk - always say they are doing something / will do something and then never delivering. The CEO is incapable of being on time for anything. Somewhat embarrassing if you ever had to take him to meet a client.
