      Unstable employmemt

      Pros

      They pay for expenses without hesitating.

      Cons

      You'll never know if you will have a job next week. They badmouth about some employees saying how they are going to get rid of them soon. They have a VERY rude staff at the corporate office, disrespectful and unprofessional. They don't seem to care about others. They are very unorganized. Not a well structured company.

      Lack of leadership and integrity

      Pros

      You will get a lot of holidays off, they are generous when it comes to paid time off holidays.

      Cons

      No structure, below average pay, no support for employees who are being bullied and lied to by their managers. If you go to HR, you might get yelled at and called names by your manager the following day

      Should be considered a temporay job not long term

      Pros

      Great start in property management, with room for professional growth and personal development. It was rewarding to completely turn around a property that was losing value.

      Cons

      Very low pay, under the area average for this position. No bonuses or commission. Supervisors micro manage all employees. Corporate spreads confusion on how things are supposed to be done. It was a very disappointing experience after a while. There's absolutely no value for employees at the properties and it shows.
