      Pros

      There will be absolutely zero repercussions for the following infractions: nepotism, interoffice relationships, extra marital affairs with coworkers Since leadership practices all of these, they can't prevent the rest of the workforce from following suit.

      Cons

      If you work at HQ, you will have to unlearn anything you've been taught about business ethics.

      ISPA is a Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      I worked with ISPA for a little over 2-years. Great company, great pay, great people, and the company owner's actually care about the employees. The company appears to be growing very rapidly as they win more and more contracts. I left the company through no fault of their own; just had an opportunity offered to me that I couldn't pass up. I would gladly work for ISPA again if the opportunity arises.
