Because salaries are so below the average in the industry, there is a lot of staff turnover. It is impossible for one to sustain a living in the DMV area with the current salaries. Higher ups get paid more and are in completely different situations, and cannot at all relate to this. The constant change in staff also translates poorly to those ISEP does business with and there is constant need for training. There are changes happening which seem to have oddly benefited a certain group of people in a common social circle, while others have not particularly gained anything in terms of compensation relative to change/addition in duties.
