      Pros

      As a teacher at the International School of Bucharest, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The school's commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment is palpable, and it truly enhances the educational experience for both students and staff. The administration was supportive and genuinely cared about the professional growth of their employees. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, with plenty of resources available to both teachers and students. It is a great place to work if you are passionate about international education and want to make a difference in a dynamic community.

      Cons

      While my experience at the International School of Bucharest was largely positive, one area that could see some improvement is internal communication. Some updates and announcements were not disseminated as timely or as clearly as they could be, which sometimes lead to some confusion among staff.
