      Good company for Freshers

      Pros

      As a fresher, I always wanted to start my career where there is stability and opportunity for growth. A friend of mine has introduced me too IRB infrastructure. I joined the company last year and started my journey. I found it very good for freshers like me and found the much needed stability here.

      Cons

      Festival holidays are very less.

      Pros

      IRB has been a great learning curve for me. I’ve been working at IRB from last 2.5 years and it feels great, everything is synchronized at work place and I never feel overburdened. I would recommend you to join the company and acquire new range of professional skills.

      Salary hike is low, as compared to market scale.
