Pros

Initially the best thing about working here seems to be the work from home policy: as long as there are no in office obligations, it's appropriate to work from home. The office itself is comfortable, providing a laid-back atmosphere where we often play ping pong during breaks. Here your effort in your work is allowed to speak for your character. What you learn after working here for some time is that the true pro of working at IQTalent Partners is a team that positions both the employee and the company for success and continued growth. Input is regularly encouraged from employees of all levels. You work with a collaborative team that is focused on the highest levels of quality possible. I enjoy having new challenges, the latest technology, and management that supports my development.

Cons

You must be a self-starter to work here. Pro activity is needed for success. I honestly have to stretch for a con.
