During my time at the company, the management demonstrated grievous unprofessionalism, such as yelling and passive-aggressive behavior. One of the executives clearly has some deep unresolved emotional issues and a lack of EQ. The whole company seemed poorly managed, with a huge lack of communication between departments and teams. The company failed to address employee concerns about why so many people left or were fired.
After receiving the job offer, I felt pressure to join the company. I caught both the manager and HR lying to me just to get started working there. The agreements and promises made during the process were quickly ignored once I signed the contract. Now I realize that if a company has to manipulate someone into working with them, the reason is that no one wants to work there due to poor working conditions.
