The only reason I didn't quit within a month was the pay.

Pros

The pay was good, and the office was nice... looking. The CEO seems to care which is nice, but his immediate reports need a reality check.

Cons

EXTREMELY toxic working culture, at best their expectations are unrealistic, inconsistent level of work. You'll be offboarded at the drop of a hat. Personality clashes appear to take place at most levels of the company, resulting in too much bureaucracy to work effectively. There is zero flexibility to adapt the US-centric corporate mindset to the nuances of other regions in the world, hampering efforts. It's also nigh on impossible to get any marketing material you need as they seem to guard anything brand-related with their life.

Pros

Exposure to complex, high-impact projects and opportunities to take on responsibility quickly and build a broad skill set.

Cons

Rapid growth without the structure to support it. Processes, ownership, and decision-making are often unclear or inconsistent. “Do more with less” is the reality. Many employees are covering multiple roles, which leads to burnout and reduced quality over time. Leadership alignment is inconsistent, and priorities can shift quickly without clear communication or follow-through. Heavy reliance on relationships and informal networks instead of clear systems and accountability. This can make it hard to get decisions made or move work forward efficiently. Global integration is a stated goal, but in practice regions feel disconnected with uneven support and coordination. Many regions act as if they do not want to be part of a global team. Work-life balance is consistently a challenge, especially during peak project periods or major initiatives.
